About me…

Hi, I’m Will. Welcome to a new kind of consultancy — one focused on helping lawyers unlock their full potential through bespoke coaching.

For 20 years, I practised as a dispute resolution and reputation management lawyer, representing high-profile clients across boutique and large City firms. This career gave me first-hand insight into the immense pressures professionals face — from balancing billing and business development to meeting ever-rising targets. I also understand the unique challenges of leadership, where anxiety and imposter syndrome can often arise.

I draw on my legal experience in analysis, problem-solving, and strategic thinking, alongside expertise in emotional intelligence and impactful communication. I am a member of the UK Parliament’s All-Party Parliamentary Group on AI and have a certificate in AI and Leadership from Babson College, in the USA.

I have received a certificate in executive coaching from the University of Cambridge, and have successfully coached professionals across industries.
